We ship daily via FedEx Ground services to the lower 48 states. Free Shipping for FedEx Ground shipments to the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For Shipments ouside the U.S. please contact us to receive a custom shipping quote. We do not offer COD or Pick-ups and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For Expedited shipping services please contact us via email or enter your preference in the shopping cart which is much faster.

X-Treme Scooters Shipping Information:
All items are from our facility located in Iowa. Most items are shipped same day or within 1 business day via Fedex Ground and UPS ground. Average transit time is between 2-7 business days. Please see diagram below for more exact transit time. Our items are shipped from Newton, IA. 50208. FedEx does not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays and the day it ships for ground service. We will e-mail you with a shipping confirmation and your tracking number generally before 5PM CST on the day your item(s) ship to you. Shipping transit times are located below. The day your package ships does not count as a day. Example: Order ships on Monday going to Florida. Tues is day 1, Wed is day 2 and Thursday is day 3 the delivery day. Weekends & Holidays do not count as a day.

LARGE SCOOTERS SHIPPING DETAILS: If item is large it will ship by a freight trucking company. If you can pick up the item at your nearest freight terminal, the shipping is free. If you need it delivered to your door, the door delivery fee is $50 per order, not per item. If you order more than 1 item the fee does not increase. A phone number is required to schedule the delivery.

We ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is available with a shipping fee. Please e-mail or phone us for a shipping rate quote. We do not ship to Canada due to Canadian Transport Regulations or outside of the USA. Exception, we will ship the XB Electric Bicycles to Canada

Our daily shipping cutoff time is generally around 9 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed before 9 AM PST will generally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM PST will ship on the following business day.

You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and tracking number after your shipment is prepared.

Please allow 3-4 business days to receive your order on the West Coast. Shipment time to the East Coast is 3-4 days, FL is 3-4 days and the Midwest is 1-2 days.

All products are shipped from X-Treme Scooters Warehouse which is strategically located in the Midwest.
