We rarely receive complaints on the performance of our products; however, we do try to make sure that everyone is satisfied beyond their expectations and completely happy with their purchase.
X-Treme Scooter Return Policy
Return Policy: (updated Aug 10, 2004)
Scooter & pocket bike returns are not allowed. Any scooter or pocket bike that arrives at our warehouse without an authorized RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton will be refused. We will however during the 30-day warranty period, provide you with free parts, & free live telephone technical support, (See details above). Please contact our support department should you need assistance. Full Throttle Minis/X-Treme Scooters will not be responsible for shipping charges on received or refused packages. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. We never issue call tags.

All noted defects or damages must be reported in writing or email within 3 days of delivery.
Full Throttle Minis/X-Treme Scooters reserves the right to charge a $35.00 restocking fee and shipping charges (both ways) if you cancel the order while the product is in transit.
The following terms must be met by you:

The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.

You must include all packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals.

Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.

Original invoice or copy of original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
